Let's get together...

We want to expand our board of trustees and we are looking for three new trustees to help us fly. We seek new trustees who have experience or interest in the following areas: business, policy development, communities and communications. We welcome applications from all people and recognise that greater diversity will strengthen our organisation. To apply download our trustees’ application document.

We are really keen to hear from other charities or local groups who are interested in giving some new things a go towards improving mental health, wellbeing and community connectedness. If you are up for a bit of “community psychology” where you are then please get in touch. We’d love to link up, share ideas and see what we can come up with together. Please email us at

Similarly, if you are a qualified clinical psychologist registered with the HCPC (or a therapist registered with another professional body) and have ideas about developing or facilitating a community psychology project then we would be delighted to hear from you. We have multiple ways of using your skills, experience, commitment and enthusiasm! (No trapeze skills necessary) Please contact us:

Supporting us...

We hope to develop a range of funding streams for our work, including grants from trusts and foundations, individual giving and earned income from corporate support and training.

Lindsey has initiated a “Good Karma Contribution” which she applies to her earnings from full fee paying private therapy clients; 5% of the fee goes to the work of Trapeze. And this opportunity is available to other independent psychologists or therapists who may wish to support Trapeze’s community work.  The Good Karma Contribution can be a one-off donation or something more regular. All donations, big or small, are really appreciated.

This donation can then be enhanced as we are able to claim an additional 25% through Gift Aid. For every £10 donated through the Good Karma Contribution the government will donate an additional £2.50.  In return, we hope that being able to share with your clients that you support Trapeze will create an ever- increasing circle of good community karma. Please contact us at if you would like to find out more.

Of course you don’t have to be a psychologist or business tycoon to support the work of Trapeze. If you believe in what we do and want to support our work then please visit our Golden Giving page to make a one-off or regular donations.

If you want to make a specific donation for the as it is project please go to our campaign page.
